Views from the balcony take in the Monti Sibillini and medieval hilltop towns and its private location make this Marche villa and pool ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Yet the property is just 6 miles from the Adriatic Coast and its miles of sand and pebble beaches and hundreds of wonderful seafood restaurants.

The property itself is generously equipped with two custom-built kitchens and dining rooms, two living rooms, six bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The property is close to Moresco, an enchanting medieval town, and a recent nominee for most beautiful town in Italy.

Close by is the town of Monterubbiano with its 12 churches and also just a short drive is the new provincial capital of Fermo, with its marvellous piazza and the town's art museum, which house among its famous treasures some works by Rafael and a unique medieval library and globe.

The Monti Sibillini National Park has some excellent walking and cycling routes and deserves at least a day out. Monte Vettore is the highest peak at 8,124 ft and many others including Sibilla and Priora (both well over 2,000m) combine to dominate the skyline for miles around.

Wildlife includes wolf, deer, plenty of wild boar (often on the menu!), porcupines, hares, eagles, falcons and hawks all present in the park.

There is wonderful walking, with footpaths marked and described on maps available in information centres in all the towns and villages in the park. There are also peaks with a truly alpine character, like Monte Bove, whose formidable north face offers climbing for mountaineers.
