Close to the towns of Monte San Martino and Servigliano but in a private setting with its own garden with a stream running at the bottom of it.
The property is divided into three apartments, two in the main building and a third in the adjacent annex.
Each has an independent entrance but the property is suited to a large single group of guests. The first apartment has a spacious dining room and kitchen, cosy lounge with double sofa bed, an en suite double bedroom.
The second apartment also has a dining room and kitchen, one double and one twin bedroom and a splendid terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and grounds.
The separate cottage has a dining area, kitchen, a double bedroom with terrace overlooking the garden and small lounge with a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. There is also a veranda to the rear with spectacular views.
