At weekends and throughout the week in high season this comfortable bed and breakfast agriturismo also offers excellent food in the restaurant below. Specialities include lamb and suckling pig farmed by the owner in the surrounding farm and fields.

The town of Amandola is just across the valley and Comunanza and Sarnano are only a ten minute drive away. Amandola has a delightful market square full of life, lovely cafes, boutiques and restaurants and is a natural gateway to the breathtakingly beautiful Monti Sibillini National Park.

Nature lovers, hikers, mountainbikers, paragliders, mountaineers, skiers or those with a passion for the great outdoors will be spoilt. Good local knowledge of the local mountains is on hand and we are happy to suggest routes and accompany walkers as well as arrange for fine feasts at various local restaurants at the end of a good day's walk.

You can enjoy all this from your table at Gigi's or any number of good osterias and restaurants that are common throughout the area, and offer lovely local dishes at affordable prices.

In the summer months fairs, festas and festivals are in constant competition around the local towns and Amandola is no exception, so keep an eye out for street banners in each town and village, announcing their special culinary delights and when to savour them.

There are many museums and galleries in the area and with famous painters such as Rafael and Crivelli in prominence. And evening summer markets abound.
