This pretty stone-built country house is situated on the hillside above Belforte Lake, near Tolentino in central Marche and commands lovely views over the surrounding countryside and village of Belforte.

It is set in a private garden of mature mulberry trees and a small olive grove and guests are welcome to take advantage of the vegetables grown in the garden.

At 2km is the interesting little village of Belforte and at 10km the town of Tolentino. The Sunday market at Caccamo is also well worth a trip.

The property is found on the doorstep of the stunningy beautiful Sibillini Mountains, which are protected under the patrimony of the Monti Sibillini National Park.

Within the park are 18 villages and towns of great interest and an abundance of stunning views and countryside as well as an array of fauna that includes chamoix, golden eagles, eagle owls, deer, wild boar, porcupine, red and roe deer and the occasional migrant bear which arrives from its mountain strongholds in the adjacent region of Abruzzo to the south.


ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

- The accommodation consists of five bedrooms which can be arranged as doubles or twins according to requirements and four bathrooms. The main entrance to the property is from the back of the house into a hall with staircase down to the living room and spacious kitchen. Patio doors lead out to a covered portico and into the garden.

Upstairs is a small ensuite twin bedroom, a double with ensuite and two slightly larger double bedrooms which share a bathroom equipped with washing machine. The fifth bedroom is ensuite and located on the ground floor.

The kitchen is fitted with oven, four hobs, fridge freezer and inthe adjacent living room is a fireplace and rustic oven.
