This luxurious holiday retreat includes a small country hotel and restaurant and is perched high up on the hillside in five acres of beautiful parkland with breathtaking views of the surrounding Aso Valley and the Sibillini Mountains.
 
The apartments are finished to a high standard and the location makes La Ginestra the perfect place for a family wanting to combine privacy with the knowledge that a great restaurant and bar is just around the corner.

The excellent facilities at La Ginestra include the nearby equestrian centre, located within the grounds and providing riding lessons and excursions on horseback.

For lovers of two wheels mountain bikes are available and provide the perfect way to explore the surrounding greenery, or visit the local towns of Montelparo and Santa Vittoria.

La Ginestra also has a number of tennis courts and there is a professional tennis coach available.

For those who prefer to relax and soak up the atmosphere and fine views a large swimming pool with sun loungers is just a few steps away from the bar and restaurant.

And La Ginestra is perfectly situated for those wanting to explore the region, just half an hour from the Adriatic Coast and half an hour from the beautiful Monti Sibillini National Park.

Also within easy reach is the Conero riviera with its secluded coved beaches, or if you prefer shopping head to the provincial capital of Fermo and the surrounding towns, where some of Italy's finest shoes and leather goods can all be found at a fraction of the prices found elsewhere, thanks to the predominance of factory outlets which sell direct to the public.
