Set in a lovely mature garden of olives, vines, fruits and a giant oak and with panoramic views all around Casa Elisabetta offers total peace and tranquility in a traditional country house setting.

The property has been carefully restored by its owners to a good standard and is perfect for a large family or group of friends wanting relaxation in a picturebook rural Marche.

The furniture in the house is an pleasant mix of antique and more modern pieces and the house is very light and has a soothing feel.

The downstairs living room leads out onto a large covered portico perfect for dining, playing ping pong or relaxing in the shade. From the portico a marvellous garden stretches away, surrounding the house with large gently sloping lawns interspersed with olives, cherries, apples, vines and other fruit.

The swimming pool has a deep end for diving and a shallow end with Roman steps for children and the traditional outhouses nearby have been thoughtfully converted into a relaxing living space and shower room.

For anyone managing to drag themselves away from Casa Elisabetta the property is in the foothills of the Monti Sibillini National Park in the Apennines, home to some exceptional scenery, many legends and a proud tradition of high quality local produce and cuisine.

Yet the house is also only 40 minutes from miles of beaches, being only ten minutes from the dual carriageway which leads directly to the Adriatic Coast.
