Its large first floor portico leading out from the dining room and living room takes full advantage of the amazing views and is a great place to dine or just relax and contemplate the beauty of this unspoilt region of Marche.

Steps down from this lofty perch land you in the garden next to the swimming pool and adjacent lawn and if you wish along a well kept path that offers some lovely country walks.

The property itself has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and boasts a fully equipped professional kitchen worthy of any restaurant, including ample freezer and fridge storage space and a dishwaser, large oven and gas hobs.

The property is on two floors with the bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen, living and dining area found downstairs, along with a downstairs loo.

Close to the stunning Monti Sibillini National Park and a whole host of pretty hilltop towns with wonderful dining, this country villa is well located for exploring Marche and Umbria.

And the Adriatic Coast with its many coved and sandy and pebble beaches is just 45 minutes drive.
