Also a short drive away is the interesting hilltop town of Cingoli, one of the few Marche towns to be nominated "the balcony of Marche" thanks to its stunning views.
The main building at Casa Millefiori is divided into three apartments, with two of these available for rent and the third lived in by the owners.
A third rental apartment is found in an independent annex.
The property has been restored with care and attention by the owner and each apartment has modern conveniences such as satellite TV, while maintaining the best in rustic Marchigiani architecture, with beams and terracotta a constant theme.
Casa Millefiori is well located to enjoy all of Marche's treasures, from the coved beaches of the Conero Riviera 45 minutes away, to the wonderful scenery of the Monti Sibillini National Park 45 minutes inland. Also close by are several noted vineyards where it is possible to organize wine tastings with prior notice.
And just one mile away from Casa Millefiori is a large Aquafun Park to keep the children happy!

Apartment Girasole is an independent ground floor barn conversion next to the main farmhouse and pool. Outdoor table and chairs close to the pool provide lovely views towards Cingoli and the mountains beyond. The double bedroom with kingsize bed is found on the first floor with the twin bedroom on the ground floor. Spacious rustic marble-tiled bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen with dining table and four chairs has gas hobs, oven, fridgefreezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has sofa and chairs, sat tv, music system, books and games.
Apartment Lavanda is on the ground floor and entry is via a covered loggia with outdoor table and chairs. The double bedroom has a kingsize bed and shares a spacious marble-tiled bathroom with the twin bedroom, all on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen with dining table and six chairs has gas hobs, oven, fridgefreezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has sofa and chairs, sat tv, music system, books and games.
Apartment Papavero is a first floor apartment accessed by its own private external stone staircase. The double bedroom has a kingsize bed and shares a spacious marble-tiled bathroom with the twin bedroom.
