This former farmhouse has been transformed into a very comfortable holiday villa while maintaining interesting original features, such beamed ceilings, open fireplace and the outdoor wood pizza oven, perfect for summer time cooking.

The portico at the front of our house offers breathtaking vistas of the surrounding countryside, and leads on to a shaded area where guests can relax under a large wisteria and beautiful vines. There is a beautiful barbecue area with the working original forno for baking bread and pizzas and meat

On the first floor spacious rooms include a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is a cosy and comfy sitting room with open fireplaceand beamed ceilings.

The fourth bedroom, a double, is on the ground floor close to another spacious bathroom withshower and washing machine. Also on the ground floor there is a well-equipped and spacious kitchen and dining room with dishwasher, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, wine fridge and wood burning stove). a fourth double bedroom.

The patio provides shade from the sun thanks to mature wisteria and vines, and is perfect for dining outdoors. The house is equipped with gas central heating and wood burning stove as well as the fire place, for the winter.

Scents of rosemary and lavender greet you as you descend the steps to the floodlit pool with steps at the shallow end and a small diving board at the deep end.

Garden furniture is provided including tables, chairs, reclining chairs and parasol.
