This is a large and beautiful holiday farmhouse with four spacious, light and beautifully furnished and finished apartments - two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, one with a large private terrace.

Set in a stunning location amidst 15 hectares of olive groves with wonderful views over San Severino Marche and the Potenza Valley and the Maceratese hills.

Mountain biking, walking and trekking and horse riding are all available in the vicinity, providing ideal ways of enjoying the scenery and the wildlife in the area.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

- Apartment Tamerici (sleeps 2/4, 70sq m). Ground floor apartment with beautiful spacious living room and kitchen. The kitchen is modern with four hobs, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher but the setting is rustic, with individually chosen period furniture, beamed ceilings, tiles and large fireplace. The double bedroom is dominated by a wonderful antique double bed and other period furniture and there is a large ensuite bathroom with shower. A double sofa bed is provided in the living room.

- Apartment Alloro (sleeps 4, 65sq m). The second of two ground floor apartments, Alloro is well equipped and spacious. The kitchen and living room is as in Apt Tamerici. The twin bedroom has restored furniture and the double bedroom is also exquisitely furnished. A shared beautifully tiled bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

- Apartment Terrazza (sleeps 4, 75sq m). First floor apartment accessed by private external covered staircase.  Entry is into the kitchen living room, with modern kitchen (as above), fireplace and TV and large ourdoor terrace for dining. The large double bedroom has lovely views over San Severino and the Potenza Valley to the south. The twin bedroom also has nice views and the apartment has one bathroom with shower.

- Apartment Tramonto is the second of the two first floor apartments, also reached by an private external covered staircase. Large living room and kitchen area equipped as in the other apartments. One double and one twin bedroom with shared bathroom and shower and lovely views complete the apartment.
