Stunning seaview apartments perched overlooking an Italian seaside resort, sleeping two to four guests

This eighteenth century residence is home to four uniquely furnished apartments which overlook this beautiful stretch of the Adriatic Coast from the hilltop perch of Grottammare Alta.

Modern and traditional combine at Casa Roberto to give a unique feel to these wonderful holiday apartments. Original terracotta tiles and local stone used in the original construction have been brought back to life, while more modern touches such as smooth tiles and ceramics have been used in the kitchens and bathrooms.

Perhaps the most delightful feature accompanying these sophisticated apartments is the two private garden terraces they share, raised up on top of the old town walls, providing a vantage point which beckons a lasting gaze over the glistening Adriatic and tempts you to peek down below into the old streets of Grottammare.

All four apartments share one other common feature as well, a magnificent view over the Adriatic from their windows or balconies.

The Adriatic coastal resort of Grottammare is the perfect partner to such exclusive apartments. Not too large to be anonymous or unfriendly but not so small as to exhaust all its secrets and delights straightaway.

Its fine sandy beaches are clean and pines palms and orange trees adorn its streets. Since 1999 the resort has been awarded a blue flag every season, testimony to its clean blue waters and pristine beaches.

The small old town of Grottammare Alta where Casa Roberto is tucked away is also an architectural gem in its own right with a myriad of old buildings and churches perched invitingly 120 metres above the resort.





ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

Le Volte is a very spacious 100sq m apartment with two en suite double bedrooms, a splendid and ample lounge with fireplace, a modern and stylish fully equipped kitchen with a small terrace with wrought iron railings with stunning sea views and views over the town. The furnishings are of the highest quality, from the original stone floors to the Rubelli fabrics and the majolica in the bathrooms (Sleeps 4)

Le Terrazze has a more modern look. It is 50sq m and has an en suite double bedroom, a kitchen/living room with sofa bed and a balcony off the bathroom with a sea view. (Sleeps 2/3)

Le Palme is slightly smaller at 40sq m and is on two levels with the ground floor kitchen and living room leading out onto the garden while the first floor is home to the en suite double bedroom (Sleeps 2)

L'Oriente is a 50sq m apartment also on two floors, and also with direct access to the garden from the ground floor. It takes its name from the Indian patterns in the bedroom. The ground floor kitchen and living room also has a sofabed and the first floor has a double en suite bedroom (Sleeps 2/3)
