This elegantly restored country house provides the perfect space for a relaxing holiday with a dash of luxury.

The estate's surrounding vineyards means guests will be spoilt with an array of fine local wines.

Surrounding the property is its own 250 acre estate with paths, woodland and streams which the guests are welcome to explore and for equestrians the owner has a stable of ten horses available for experienced riders to take on guided treks.

Guests at the four apartments can also take part in the traditional vendemia - picking the grapes for the Pecorino wine made by the vineyard - and helping to taste the fruits of their labour.

The owners also have large ancient olive groves. Guests who would like to have a working holiday are free to pick the olives in late October and November and take them to the local oleficio to by pressed and then take the oil home with them.

And the property itself has been lavished with individual touches during its restoration that make each apartment unique, from the luxury bathrooms to the original furnishings.

The property has a total of six apartments but the two smallest one bedroom apartments have been sold, leaving the other four apartments available for holiday rental.

A fiften minute drive away are the popular Adriatic resorts of San Benedetto del Tronto, with its long seafront and wide promenades lined with hundreds of palm trees, and the smaller resort of Grottammare.

Here you can enjoy the mile upon mile of wide sandy beaches and tranquil seas, or relax at one of the many beachside chalets, where wonderful seafood dishes can be washed down with a cool glass of the local Falerio or Peccorino chilled white wines.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

 Apartment Gardenia (sleeps 2) is on the first floor, north and south facing with double bedroom and en suite bathroom with hydromassage. Living room and kitchen corner, satellite TV, south facing loggia with a splendid panorama of the surrounding hills and Apennine mountains. 

 Apartment Rosa (sleeps 4) is on the ground floor, with south, west and north facing aspects. Two bedrooms, arranged either as two doubles or one double and two singles are available. There are two bathrooms, one with hydromassage and the other with a shower. Living room and kitchen corner, satellite TV and north and south facing loggias and garden area.

 Apartment Ginestra (sleeps 4) is on the first floor, with south, west and north facing aspects. Two bedrooms, arranged either as two doubles or one double and two singles are available. There are two bathrooms, one with hydromassage and the other with a shower. Living room and kitchen corner, satellite TV and a south facing terrace with wonderful views.

 Apartment Viola (sleeps 4) is on the ground floor, with south and north facing aspects. Two bedrooms, arranged either as two doubles or one double and two singles are available. There are two bathrooms, one with a large mosaic tiled circular bath and the other with a shower. Living room and kitchen corner, satellite TV and north and south facing loggias and garden area.
