This is a nicely restored brick-built farmhouse surrounded by extremely picturesque Marche countryside, ideal for exploring on horseback from the owner's stables not far from the house.

Each apartment is completely independent and all have access to a large private garden and swimming pool which enjoy lovely views.

From the property, which is immersed in the greenery of the central Marche Apennines, you can also see the enchanting hill-top town of Arcevia which although small is rich in beautiful architecture and art.

There is wonderful walking in the area and the house, which can also be rented in its entirety, is only half an hour's drive from the Adriatic coast.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

- Apartments Bianco Spino and Ciclamino are on the first floor. They are reached by an internal staircase but are completely independent. Each has a double bedroom with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/living area with fridge-freezer, gas hobs and small portable oven. Each apartment also has a sofa bed in the living area.
 - Apartment Margherita is on the ground floor and has a double and a twin bedroom. The kitchen has a cooker with oven and a fridge-freezer.  has a very spacious living room running the width of the house, doors from which open onto the pergola outside. The two bedrooms can either be set up as doubles or twins. There is one shower room.
