This villa is hidden down a quiet country lane overlooked by the pretty medieval village of Sant'Angelo in Pontano and boasts a lovely mature enchanted garden.

The villa is ideally located to take advantage of some of Marche's most beautiful and interesting inland towns, such as Amandola, Sarnano and San Ginesio.

Also within easy drive are Macerata and Ascoli Piceno, while the Adriatic Coast is just 30 minutes drive. Seaside resorts such as Porto Sant'Elpidio, Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche are close at hand and just a little further north is the small but breathtaking Conero Riviera.

The property itself has been restored with care and attention by the owner and furniture carefully handpicked to complete the authentic feel of the place.

The nearest village, Sant'Angelo in Pontano is a small medieval conurbation comprising 1,500 inhabitants, complete with bars, chemist, bank and restaurants.

For mountain lovers the Monti Sibillini National Park is just a short drive and offers many signed paths for walkers of all levels, from historic town strolls to week long treks immersed in the nature of the park.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

On the ground floor is a good sized and very well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, bread oven, large fridge freezer and small dining table and chairs. Adjacent is a ground floor double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The ground floor is completed by a large living room with fireplace, sofa and comfy chairs and a larger dining table. It has access to a portico via patio doors to the rear of the villa and to the front garden of the house.

On the first floor are two double en suite bedrooms and a third double bedroom with stairs up to a twin bedroom en suite attic conversion. Single beds can also be added to two of the double rooms to make them into twins.
